بدأت قصتنا وكان الموضوع شخصياً، وهو شراء قطع غيار لسيارتي الشخصية. ووجدت أن هناك حلول بديلة بجودة عالية وسعر أقل. هناك أيضًا أجزاء مشابهة لماركات أخرى ويمكنك استخدامها في سيارتك.
وعندما جعلت الموضوع تجاريا، لم أرد فائدة مالية أكبر من مصلحة أصحاب المركبات الذين يشترون قطع غيار باهظة الثمن، كما كنت أفعل، وجعلت من عملي فائدة لنفسي وللآخرين. وكان من المضحك أن بعض العملاء الذين اتصلوا بي ليسألوني عن السعر وجدوا أن هناك فرقًا كبيرًا. بيني وبين الآخرين يظنون أنها ذات نوعية رديئة أو أني أخدعهم بالكلام، لكن بعد شرائها واستخدامها لم أجد سوى الشكر والامتنان، وأصبح المشتري من عميل إلى صديق، وهذا هو ما كنت أطمح إليه. عامل العملاء مثل أصدقائك.

When I made the issue commercial , I did not want a greater financial benefit than the benefit of vehicle owners who buy expensive spare parts, as I had been doing, and I made my business a benefit for myself and others. It was funny that some of the customers who called me to ask me about the price found that there was a huge difference. Between me and others they think that it is of poor quality or that I am deceiving them with words, but after purchasing and using it, I found nothing but thanks and gratitude, and the buyer became from a customer to a friend, and this is what I aspired to.
